Here is the recipe for 1 serving.When preparing this drink multiply the ingredients to whatever amount of the drink you want to take per day.Make the drink daily so it is fresh.
2T of lemon juice
2T grade B maple syrup
1/10 t of ground cayenne pepper(the red type is the best one to use)
10 oz of filtered water
