  • I am very interested in a sugar-free living. I currently have a sweet-tooth, and am finding it difficult to find meal plans, what to eat for snacks, etc. While diabetes is not something that runs in my family, I am still concerned and would like to be smart and take a proactive approach to my health.     Thank you Holley for visiting my site. I also have a sweet tooth and find that reducing my intake of sugar slowly is very effective. You may want to try taking stevia or xylitol as a sugar substitute as they are a natural herb and better for your body.

    Preparing your meals yourself will ensure that no hidden sugars are in your meals and eating fruits which contain a low amount of sugar such as any type of berries and are also great for a afternoon snack. Good luck.
